Dfw Shop

has anyone ever heard of or gone to redline performace in arlington? i see that they work on hondas, and i would rather go to an import shop rather than billy bob joe who ownes a general mekanic shop.

word to the wise:
my friend went to joe shmoe's shop to get his brakes fixed in saginaw. they told him that they could fix the problem. charged him for two master cylinders that he didn't need. they had his car for 2 1/2 weeks and still did not fix the problem. so he took his 240sx to nissan, and had the car fixed the same day. come to find out, joe shomoe only worked on american cars.

just thought i'de share that with you guys

well i decided to go to redline. everything was great. the belt that i got from autozone was too small.(their fault) so redline had pepboys deliver one. that one was too big, so they called another autozone, and they had it. one of the mechanics gave me ride to buy the belt. install was a little under an hour. nice people, install was $65 bucks.
he said that he would charge $200(labor) to install struts and springs. has anyone had it done cheaper? i believe that's without an alignment.
all in all, i would reccomend my friends to go there!!
oh yea, pulley feels great!!!! i love it!!!!

$200 is not that bad of a price. You could really do it yourself with a little help..but $200 is about the price you may get at alot of places.

i wasn't sure how cheap it would have been if i did it my self, but no patience = screwing up my car.
