It is a $.05 resistor. It tricks whatever sensor it is hooked up to. It's dumb, but for some cars does work.
For our cars, more than likely, it would not.

It's kinda funny how most of the feedback on that guys account refers to the "Fast Shipping" and "Nice Transaction" instead of, "WOW, I'm getting 8 MPG better and 40 more HP!!"
