Automatic Windows Question

Since we can use the remote to roll the windows down, can we use the remote to roll them up?

I don't believe so...I've tried, nothing makes them go back up.

Hold down the unlock button on the remote. No I dont think you can roll them back up using the remote.

I checked the manual. You can only roll them down, and not up.

It says hold the unlock button for three seconds to roll it down.

Again with this question

By the way, it's been discussed that it is a safety reason the windows do not automatically roll up with the remote. Imagine a a child's hand getting caught when you accidentally roll it up with your keys in your pocket.

Should be a switchable option... plus I've had my hand caught before in a window when I was little, it just leaves a mark for a day or so, it doesn't break anything. Now, slamming your finger in the car door, THAT'S a different story...

Yea I just bought my girl a 07 Accord ( not the new ones) and she can roll the window back up with the remote. So I just thought we would be able to as well.

If you put your key (yes, I know, I know, why would you ever use a key) into the driver side door and turn it to the left and hold for about 3 seconds they will roll up.

I thought that's what he meant...

Nobody ever responds after I put this up, but there's this company out there called KP Technologies that makes a bunch of modules to counter all this stuff. Auto-up windows, auto-close sunroof, auto-door locks, stuff like that.

All example videos are displayed using a G35 Coupe as well, so they HAVE to work on Nissans.

KP Technologies

They have a TON of shit. I want to email them and see if they can come up with a module for the lane change assist you find on the European vehicles. Can't be that hard to do imo.
