slap a huge resonator and do some sound deadening if you can. Pay special attention to trunk/rear quarter panel area if there are lot of exhaust noise.

And that intake, no matter which kind you get, will make the noise LOUDER but coming from the front. It should have nice rumble tone in low rpm, but open it up and it should be louder than exhaust. If you can't handle the noise for whatever reason (parents, wives, babies, dogs, next door neighbor), I'd stay away from intake. Same goes for header(s).

i think silencers are made per muffler model..cant jus slap on any old one..i doubt theres one for the nismos..but theres plenty for the n1 style if thats wat ur were refering to..

ps..somethings wrong with a person if they're still living at home when they're 30+ yo...nothing to be proud of there..

Will those silencers work as good as resonators ? I heard they not even reduce your noise, but they also take away some of your hp. The reason i bought this exhaust is because i want more hp + good sound. I'll try to get a res next week and bolt on to see the differences.

i think a resonator is the best bet on getting the volume down inside, should help eliminate the drone

how about you ask your mommy and daddy what you should do?

Grow a pair, better yet, grow up.

The choices are easy:

get a bigger resonator
get a different exhaust
get a silencer
or say screw it and keep the one you have

I can make my own choices, that's what kind of a person I am. Wait, let me double check with my folks first....

My earlier post was to help, - not the crack comment, lol - as was everyone else in here. But it just keeps dragging on and on... All he needs to do is pick a choice and go with it, I swear everyone already said that a resonator is the best choice of action.

Resonators are not a bolt on, you'll have to have it welded on.

Also, everyone mentioned the resonator - that would be the most cost effective for your situation. You can keep the high flow system and the resonator doesn't take away from your flow. Some cars have two resonators on them to lower the noise even more.

You could also apply a ceramic coat to the the whole system. It will also reduce the noise and protect your pipes for the long run. Look online or auto store, they make a specific ceramic paint for this process.
From day one.
