perfromance chips work?

do the performance chips on ebay that claim to increase your HP up 20-70 HP really work? any one tried them? there so cheap! like 4 bucks, sounds too good to be true

way too many topics about it already... no, they don't work... they mess with the ECU and change stuff... they're not good... they don't work... if it was true... everyone would have them already....

If you wanted HP you should have gotten a 3.5. think about it do u want to put something in your car thats 4 bucks on ebay?

Umm, not true. I oppose your assertion since I've gotten the majority of products for my car on the bay i.e. brand name tires and quality accessories for great prices. It all really depends on the buyer. The sellers are there to sell, B.S, and whatnot but it's you that buy their products. And it is your responsibility for knowledge of what you buy and put in your little precious car(s). And this is true of anything offered on ebay.

EDIT: On topic. Plain B.S. pure and simple.

wat amazes me about these things is that if u read the reviews its all good stuff like "product really works!" and all this bs..hard to corelate truely good legit products with bs ebay reviews..
