I wanted to pose a question to the forum members. I am actually looking for oppinions more than anything. I was thinking about pulling both my altima badging and my 3.5 se badging from the back of the car now while the paint is still new so there wont be much difference between the paint colors and i was curious what you guys thought of that idea.
I mean I do love the badging but i think a all black car with just the nissan badge on the back would be sweet. Would love to hear your guys imput.
if you do decide to go ahead and debadge the car how hard would you say it is to get them back on there in the spot they were before. and how would you go about safely removing them?
I wouldn't worry too much about the length of time that's passed being a problem for getting the stuff off. My '06 went through a Vegas summer before I debadged and I didn't have a problem.

Go for it. I debadged everything except the Nissan logo, or hamburger. Since the rear end is the part of the car that gets the dirtiest, debadging helps to wash and wax it easier.
i took the Altima badge off. People always ask me what kind of nissan is that since the taillights are harder to distinquish now, and that all it says is nissan and 3.5SE V6 on the back. Not sure if im gonna take the Nissan logo off.

Safely removing them is easy, just get a hairdryer to heat them up a little and then use some fishing line or floss to get behind them and loosen them.
Putting them back isn't "hard" per say, but getting them lined up with where they were from the factory isn't going to be easy unless you take some measurements beforehand. But why would you want to put them back?
