ok, speaking from experience, i have already purchased a set of those exact ones, the halogen not the hid ones. Not to go on a rant but, the reason i purchased them was because i planning on putting different projectors in, to be exact acura tsx projectors. Long story sort ill let you know about quality. The sealant wont last more than 3 years, and mine started to fog up the first night i got them because it was cold out and raining. Secondly do not get hid in them the material the projector is made out of on the inside will start to bubble and flake off and in about a year or 2 the output will be cut in half if not more. The seller are very nice and will replace them till you get a good pair. As far as the projector performance. Cutoff is good and has nice color in it. It is decently bright for a halogen projector. Not as wide as i would like and there is a hot spot right in the middle.
