Smile New Member

Hey fellas what's going on? New member here.

I had someone email me few days ago about making some parts for your car, and I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone here on this forum. Well, 0I'm the guy who made the spacers for the qr25 and the qg18. I own a cnc machine here in Long Beach CA. I am willing to work with everyone here on getting some parts made for your car. I just email jesus a few hours ago, so as of now I should recieve a phone call from him tomorrow about getting something worked out. I figure maybe sometime by next week, we should have prototype out for your cars.

Nimo

Its kind hot here and I am kind of confuse, so please tell me Im in the right forum!

The helix design I incorporated in my spacers are design push out more air entering the IM and the Combustion chambers. The helix is a spiral channel that directs the incoming to spin and spread throughout which allows alittle cooling in the IM. The tapered part is slightly shaped like bottle neck to add more pressure and to make sure the helix work properly so that the air doesn't over run it. In other words better control/guidance for the force air which equals more power and torque.

Welcome man. I got in yesterday, but didn't have time to install it. I'll be sure to comment on it whenever I get it in. We have a thread in the 02-06 Engine performance section on TB spacers. Just FYI, your competition also recently joined as well.

Good quality parts:

Can't wait to install it man. Fast shipping, great prices.

What else do you have in mind? I know us 02-06 Altima guys are looking for a Front strut bar, but not sure how economical it'd be on a CNC. Problem with most bars is the fitment. You have to grind the intake manifold to make it fit Also interior door sills (like where the door shut on, I can't remember it that's what they're called), but those would be better done with a waterjet (if you have access). I'm sure we could think of some more items that can be made.

Doors sills requires alot of machining work/time and material just to produce one sills. I can make it but its going to be pricey as hell. But I can look into making strut bars for the altima and lower tie bars as well, not the cheapy ebay kind but the real solid stiffy ones. What I was really looking forward to fabricating next is a big brake caliper for the altima. Not promising anything yet though.
