Hey, Everyone! I'm new to this forum. I've owned my Maxima for about 3 years and am thinking of extending the warranty. My friend referred me to a great company that has guided me through the whole process. They really went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and allowed me to review the contract BEFORE I purchased. I feel better now that I know I'm protected if anything needs to be repaired in the future (5yrs). Welcome.....I hope you didn't get scammed. There has been a lot of write-ups in the papers and reports in the News around the New England Area about companies like the one you delt with. I will try and find the news print on them for you. I hope all works out though and you found one of the good companies.

thank you Mike, i actually purchased my warranty from them, and so far so good. I bought the contract before I bought, no fine print. and got it at a good price, cheaper than the dealers. Thank you for replying.
