If you can, get a +45 offset and you will be problem free.

My Axis rims are 19x8, +45 offset, 245/35zr19 tires, and no rub at all.
Even with 4 people in the car.

i am running 245/35/19 tire on my 19x8.5 +45mm on stock height and will be dropped soon. a +45mm wheel with less then a 9.0 width is not going to rub.

with the right alignment specs, a 9.5 +45 wouldn't rub either.

If your gonna go with a +35 mm offset I personally would run a 225 unless you don't mind rolling your fenders if need be. I would also suggest the rear adjustables from activing tuneing so if you have to you can just tighten her ass up a little so she doesn't give much. I came real close to running a 35mm and that was my plan. There is a SER here that runs +35mm on a 19x8.5 and he is on sportlines with the rear AT adjustables. GL
