I have tried both Tein S and H series springs. I ran the S springs with stock shocks and struts. I thought the ride was too rough since this is my daily driver. It was a very firm ride with the stock size tires. The drop was extreme in the front and too much in the rear. The tire was practically tucked in the fender in the rear. I also would bottom out on speed bumps and inclines. I had those for about 6 months and changed to KYB shock and struts with Tein H springs. I also changed to 245/45 tires. The drop in the front it not perfect with the H springs, but far from the gapping hole the stock set up gives and the rear looks clean. I am very happy with the H spings. The ride is similar to stock, probably better, but the profile of the car looks much better.
I posted a thread at one point with pictures comparing the S and H springs. It should still be around somewhere.
