Do you guys think I can fit 9.5 wide with a +32 offset wrapped with 225/40 in the rear? Will this not be enough offset?

Yea that should work.
Here is a good tool to get an idea of how different combinations of tires and wheels will fit.

Yea you should be fine
That calculator is nice I use it alot the only thing that makes me mad is that it dosnt let you stretch tire so if you pick an 10inch wide wheel it automatically puts a 255 series tire on it
