Get a Tundra Double Cab or a new Tacoma, the Titans are suffering from brake issues, airbag problems and many other issues I don't think you want to deal with, I would have bought a QX56 but just read all the problems on freshalloy.com

They look good when new, and sound nice but it's a gamble.

Your Altima will pull that stuff fine. I'm going to have a Titan too, but not at the expense of the Altima, and therefore not until its paid off either.

So what if the Titan has a few issues. That's to be expected with a manufacturer's first full size truck. They'll be corrected in a hurry. My daily driver is a T100 with 309K but I still wouldn't buy a Toyota over a Titan. I just love my Nissans too much. Toyotas just have no personality to me. They're transportation appliances nothing more.

Drive a current day Toyota, their not appliances on wheels, stop by the Nissan dealer and ask the tech if they would buy 1, F-150 have better quality, Titans are quality control issues on wheels with a warranty and a company who will tell you to go f yourself, so their brand new, that makes it OK to constantly have them in the shop

Their are already Tundras with 300k plus on the 4.7L V8, those engines are rated to go half a million miles.

Why would you buy 1 when their are dozens of guys trying to lemon law their vehicles cause they don't stop, I guess Nissan figures as long as it eventually stops that works, the engines ping and knock, countless rattles, my Toyota does not rattle and does not have any problems.

He asked for an opinion and I gave it as a consumer who is looking to buy a QX56 but has walked away cause of all the problems, go spend a day in the service area at an Infiniti dealer, I like Nissans but 800 a month for a QX does not cut it, maybe 25-30k for a Titan with many issues and bad breaks is a great deal

I like them but I don't feel their worth the money.

Just for the hell of it here is the new Avalon, http://www.tundrasolutions.com/deale...alon/index.htm

i just want to say that the QX56 is a pile of junk my boss has one and he has problems with it every day. i dont know where you guys are getting the info about the brakes cause i havent read anything about it yet. but i think that my mind is pretty much set on it just because i love nissan and i havent gotten any problems with mine so im just gonna go with the titan.

QX56 shares the same stuff as the Titan and the brake problems, freshalloy and edmunds.

I bash all cars equally when and if you do get it good luck
