99 pathfinder tune up questions...help!

I have a pathfinder with 91,500 miles on it...I am the second owner and haven't done anything to it since I bought it at 44,000 miles. Any recommendations for tune ups? It is my only source of transportation and I need it working well for a while. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

new spark plugs and wires, new air filter, you could get a gasket kit and replace all the gaskets, if you have the know-how, then try some fuel injector cleaner in a tank of gas... that's the basics... oh, oil change... if you haven't gotten at least one of those in the last upteen thousand miles you've been driving it, then your probably in trouble... lol.
