back end shakes after you are driving over 35mph

i need to find out why my 95 nissan pickup shakes after i get up to about 35mph. i shakes so bad that it seems that the bad end is going to break off.does anyone have any ideas what it could be?
any help would be appreciated.

If its not tire balance , it sounds like a u-joint thats about to blow !!

thanks for the input

rotating the tires helped with the shaking so it probalby has to do with the tires.

do you happen to know why the egi relay would stay on all the time when the truck is started?

EGI Relay ?? I would think it is suposed to be on when the engine is running ??
