Question 2000 Pathfinder timing belt

We have a 2000 PF with only 64k miles on it. The maintenance schedule says change the timing belt every 105k miles or 7 years. Any thoughts on whether we should pull the trigger and change it? I'd just hate to do that 40k miles too early.

All I will say is if it breaks .... you will be replacing the engine !!! Better safe than sorry in this case !!

Thanks. Is the ballpark on that repair about $300-400? I know I'm in Georgia and you're in Oregon, but I'm just wondering roughly what it might cost. Thanks again for the response.
