1993 Nissan Terrano R3M 4x4 (japan)

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some expert advice about my 1993 Nissan Terrano R3M 4X4.
I live in Japan (US military)and just purchased this SUV. Needless to say I'd like to find a good place to order parts for it in the US because parts over here are extreamly $$$$. My question is, is the pathfinder the american model of the japanese Terrano R3M? If it is, will the parts interchange? Does anyone have a good web site to order parts from?
