07 Nissan Pathinder Intake question.

I have a 2007 Pathfinder SE and am looking for an intake but not sure which to get. Courtesyparts has the NISMO intake for about $288 (CourtesyParts :: NISMO R-tune Cold-air Intake - 2005 to 2008 Frontier, Pathfinder & Xterra)
Stillen has several intakes at varying prices from $216 to $333 (AFE, Airaid, and K&N) (STILLEN : Browse Products).

Does anyone recommend one over the other? Pics of one installed?

I am leaning towards the NISMO intake (and partial on the K&N), but wanted to someone elses opinion. Also, I am assuming that they all replace the stock tubing from the throttle body to the air box. I also noticed that the picture for the NISMO intake doesn't have a heat shield as the AFE does.

Any of those are good , I also like AEM stuff .... a heat shield would be a plus !!

I'm trying to decide which one to put on my 2005 Pathfinder as well. NO ONE has done any sort of comparison on any of them or provided any helpful info. I have searched almost ever forum on the entire interweb. WTF?
