Z24 to V6

I have a D21 hardbody with a Z24 and would like to convert it to a V6. I don't know if a chevrolet 4.3 would be best or if nissan makes a decent 6 cylinder that wouldn't require much work. Any suggestions?

Everything would require alot of work !!! Easyest would be a donor V6 truck and swap all the V6 stuff over .... But all that work isnt going to be worth the weak VG30E .... Yea, the Supercharged VG would be a great swap ... but spendy and would require alot of wiring ......

If your serious ... the only swap that would be worth the effort would be a newer VQ40 out of an '05 and newer Truck ... 265 HP and really about the same work as the SC VG swap would be ...

If your looking for simple and cheep .. just swap in a Carbureted Small block chevy .....
