Smile new versa owner

hello everyone! I didn't think I would get excited about a versa, but after spending a week at various dealers and driving the hondas, mazdas and toyotas, I took out a 2008 versa black sedan with the 6 speed. pretty nice car. It does sit high though, but it rides very well, really quiet, big interior and the 6 speed shifts smooth. So last week I bought one. I added cruise control as that is a must, plus power windows and door locks. A free full tank of gas came with it. these days thats pretty cool. The 1st day the radio fried. by the next day nissan put in a new one and upgraded it at no charge.
Its only got 332 miles on it. I filled up the tank with 87 octane and was pleasantly surprised that I got 35mpg in just city driving so this ends up being a good daily driver. I bought this one so My 2007 nismo could take a rest.

I here you. I drove the new civic si, and found the engine to rev high and go nowhere quick.plus it idled down really slow and handled piss poor. I used to own a 94 civic dx, now that was a good car. I gave it to my oldest son as a work car.

Call bs on that, my buddy has a new Si and it's decently quick averaging 14.9 in the quarter mile, not to mention it handles extremely good better than any FWD car I have driven before.

bs? no. The car handled poorly. unless your "friend" did some mods, it can't be any different than the one I test drove. I ended up getting a nismo. Believe me, when I test drive, I run the car hard. the honda was lacking.

Only mods he has is an AEM Intake and a Skunk2 Exhaust no suspension mods, it handles very good for what it is, no power down low but up top it flies.
