I've been unable to get a response to my request for instructions on how to access the in-cabin air filter in my 2007 Versa. Can anyone offer some guidance?
passenger side behind the center consol, theres a tab sticking out, just pull it out(is near the back), it usually rips and it can be a pain, so make sure u have a new one if ur replacing it
Thanks, KEITHD, I will give it a try. All the other advice I have received requires one to remove (somehow) the glove box but your instructions don't require that, right?
Kiltee
step 8 shows what the filter looks like and how close to the firewall it is, i see it does say to remove the glovebox first but u dont have to, just get a light and crawl under
Thanks again, Keithd; The Illustration make it all much clearer now. I'll get to it early next week and let you know whether my ten thumbs were able to navigate the project.
Keithd: Thanks for your interest; I have not tackled the task yet but after I get the mind set to do it I will; I always hate to initiate mechanical tasks that I am not familiar with but the directions I have appear to be sufficient to keep me out of trouble.
