Posting a bio is not mandatory. I look at it this way - the more a finalist lags on getting their bios in, the less potential votes they acquire. It's up to the finalist to post ASAP. We don't have time to wait for every finalist to be ready.

A calender of all the winners sounds great... i wouldn't mind shelling out a few bucks for that.

Hey everyone! I am new to this site, as I just bought my first Nissan a couple months ago. I hate to make waves but I think it stinks that Old School won NOTM for September. Yes that is a very nice car and he/she put alot of time and money into it. What about the guys/girls that are into upgrading/modding their cars but don't have unlimited funds, they add a mod here or there when they can scrape up the cash to do it. Anyone can throw a bunch of money at a car and make it look good but it is a hell of a lot harder to do it on a budget. I think we should use our votes wisely and throw a bone to the little guy/girl out there who are working hard to add a mod when they can and making it look good with less. Again no disrespect to Old School, that is a sweet ride. The racingline performance parts you won will make great paperweights.

SMH...So you are saying that people who do have the funds to substantially upgrade their car shouldn't be voted for? My mod fund is pretty tight as well (I'm a college student working part time) but I voted for Old School. He won fair and square. The sleeper status is what really did it for me. He has very few visual upgrades, so it wasn't really about "looking good" per say.

And as CHiP said, take a look at some of the previous winners too. The underdog has been "thrown a bone" before and won. Take a look through the old NOTM threads here: Winner's List

^^Whats the problem with that? I only get one vote just like everyone else, and I have no control over that section of the forum, so I can't manipulate anything....

What stopped NOTM? I looked forward each month to see who's going to be in it. Was it becoming a problem?
