F/S 2.25'' Catback exhaust with cat

I am getting a new 3'' exhaust for the car. I have had this exhaust for about two years. It is stainless, crush bent, 2.25''. It includes 2.5'' cat (with header it still passed CT emissions), and Ractive two tip muffler. This is completely bolt on. Cat is 75 and muffler is 150 origanally. I am asking 200 obo. The sound on this is nice and low and really nice, not ricey, in my opinion at all. I am getting my new work done in the DC area on January 4th, so it will be ready to sell the 5th (a good gift to spend your christmas money on). If I am not mistaken it should fit a second gen. Maybe someone can fill in for me.

should fit both gens, with minor tweeking

like the greddy, it was for first gen but fit second gen

If both are cali emissions, you should be fine.
