FS: '06 Mazda 3 black for P/U only Long Island

My friend purchased a 2006 black mazda 3 around june 2006. She paid roughly $25k for it. It has est. 5000 miles. She's very picky, and decided she just doesnt want it anymore. She wants a SUV. Kelly blue book says its worth $19k, but dealers are only given her $13k. So her asking price is 19k, but very negotiable.
Car background info:
One accident, the car was parked, someone backed into her. Went through insurance, its all fixed.
