Question Disneyland or Disneyland Adventure Park

I am going for the 5th time to Disneyland next week. It was all nice and happy growing up but now I am 24. My husband has never been to Disneyland and I was thinking if 4 adults are going which is better the adventure park or disneyland?

Disneyland. The adventure park is kind of lame. If you're going to go for the thrills, you may as well go to Knott's or Six Flags. If you're stuck on Disney, go to the real deal.

Went to both a few months ago, first time at Disney's California Adventure. It's a LOT smaller than Disneyland. I would say check out California Adventure since it'll be all new to everyone. You could always just hang out at the clubs and restaurants in Downtown Disney at night anyway..

Go to both. They are offering a buy one get in the other free currently. Pay cash for the tickets and use a zip code 90631. That is for La Habra Ca. I think the offer is for So ca people only but that should get you around it.

It's definitely worth it to get the two-for-one. Stephoni, how long will you been in SoCal? Do you have time to visit both?

We would do the 2 for one but I already bought tickets for either Disneyland or Adventure park. Their not park hoppers passes, thats why I was asking.
We're only going to be in Cali 7 days of which 2 will be gone from arriving and departing the airport from Sacramento. The reason is because my grandmother lives 1 hour from Sacramento and we wanted to start our journey there and head south for everything else and then we have to come back up to leave.

hey griff, i got that beat by a loong ways. drove from eugene to portland (actually troutdale, which is along the coloumbia river 20 minutes east of downtown p land) and portland is 109 miles from eugina, then drove all the way to huntington beach, which is roughly 920 miles from eugene, add 260 or so extra, and left eugene at 6am, and arrived at the beach at 7:15pm. drove my altima, got average about 400 miles to the tank doing 90+ in a caravan of 6 cars, and then the next tank i barely 280 miles LEADING a caravan of atleast 10 cars doing 110 most of that tank, right before the grapevine outside of city of industry. (well 30 minutes outside of it.

i am actually going to be in orange county on friday for 21 days!! i will be going to knotts to meet up with some friends who are actually driving from here on a seperate vacation...i am gonna get wasted at knotts

If you are going to Knotts bring your own alcohol since they do not serve it in the park.
