PS2 - TOCA Race Driving 3

Since 2K Baseball got pushed back and I have not been playing my NFSMW Black Edition anymore,decided to cop TOCA Racing 3 and trade in NFS.Got home,put a philly in the wind and popped it in the PS2.Wow...def not NFS as I crash into the wall numerous times upon starting to take a turn too fast and my whole front end comes off..haha.After a few frustrating DNF placements and 7 place finishes,I finally get the hang of it,carving corners,banging against other drivers and getting some good comments on my overtaking from my crew chief,I finally love this game.

Real car damage such as tranny,engine,handling,tires and aerodynamics (body damage),controllable pit stops (fix what you have time to fix),and rival drivers (hit one too many times and he WILL be looking for you every race).There are too many race types to choose from,unlockable of course.Classic muscle cars,raised monster trucks,rally events,class races,F1 racing,kart racing,dune buggy racing,Honda series,GT series,Touring series ect ect...

I d/l the PC trial version, will be looking for it when it hits the stores. A nice challenge!

Interesting. Will make it on my list of games to get when I go game shopping. (I usually get 5 games at a time)

i have an older version (2, I believe) on PC and it was amazing. I thought the gameplay was better than gran turismo. I'll have to get a copy of 3.

so, slow, you ready to mod race stories again? I need some help in there.

^I am down,but that decision is not mine.

Gameplay is VERY similair to GT series of games,funny thing is I could never really get into the GT series of games,but this one has that career mode which is quite fun,especially the cutscenes.

If it's designed to work with the Logitech Driving Force Pro, i'll pick it up.
