I'm not complaining, I'm just saying that I'll stay off until it gets fixed. If not, oh well... I don't really use Live that much anyway. Btw, I haven't been banned. I'm just playin it safe for now.
Only way your going to get yoru console banned is if its modded.
Other than that,it should be OK.
Actually, there were some stories of consoles that were not modded, but banned, and nobody seems to know why.
I also heard that if you ever flashed your firmware, you could be banned even if you flashed back to the original firmware. Since my firmware was flashed at some point in time, I will stay off Live.
