i had them a few years ago... located in White Plains, NY, correct?
they were alright. definitely legit and all. cant really say much about their claims service, as i never had to make any claims to them. as for the rates, they were pricey, and wanted to jack my rates up after one year for no reason other than a new "tiered" pricing structure. geico gave me like $400 less than them.
