I think you may be missing my point about this, I don't agree with his actions at all. He's obviously a fool. Maybe in this country you don't have the right to be warned before you get arrested for acting a fool as he did - but - I truly feel the arrest, and the violence that ensued could have been avoided if someone in charge at the event were to tell him why he was about to be arrested before it happened.

If the officers were making an arrest when they started pushing him toward the exit they would have read him his rights. You can be detained, and even escorted out of a building, without being arrested. He wasn't arrested until after he resisted his ejection from the building, and he wasn't tasered until after he resisted that arrest.

He never had permission to talk. Someone else was talking when he initially ran up there. Officers, rightfully so, tried to stop him, he started rambling about how he shouldn't have to wait so long to talk to Kerry. Kerry tells the cops to let him ask a question, so he does, and he starts talking about Clinton getting a blow job and they cut his mic off. Then he is told to leave, he won't, officers try to escort him out and he swats at them and resists. Then they get his ass and he resists even harder, they then tazed his ass.

Absolutely no wrong doing on the officers part, they knew they were on camera, they did it by the book.

You can't resist arrest without the arrest... All I'm saying is that police action shouldn't have been the first approach to him.

I'm not sure I understand your point. He was not initially resisting arrest, he was resisting his ejection from the building. Resisting ejection or detainment by the police is bad, see...
