I suspended a guy for three guys for whistling. I told him to stop, and he ignored me. Drove me freaking nuts. Told him to leave and come back in 3 days. Never whistled again.
Come'n, it's McD's, his life sux as it is, no need to make it any worse!
The one person that ask too many questions when everyone else already understands what has been said and ask again just as soon as the question has been answered.
I hate people who play a radio quiet enough that you can't really hear it clearly, but not so quiet you can't hear it at all. I'd rather just hear the music, then some disassociated beat. I hate it when people decide to have some conversation, work related or not, right outside your office.

- Fart in elevator
- You fart in elevator then it stop before your floor and someone walks in
- Annoying cell phone rings: Bond theme, clucking chicken, everyone with standard issue corporate phone with default ring.
- People who talk personal stuff on phone, loud.

thanks guys....ill look into the COMPtia A+ stuff. anything else? Should i try to get an MCSE cert?
A+ stuff will quality you to work in entry level IT. Places like Geek Squad.
MCSE is good but it's 7 exams and you better do it quick. 2003 track is ending. And MS is retiring MCSE after 2003 is done. New designation is MSITS or something like that. New 2008 track is coming out and so far the exams is WAY harder because MS doesn't want paper MCSE any more (people who study exam cram books just for the exams). So now there'll be practical simulation as part of the test.
wait so if i pass the MCSE, i wouldnt have to take the new one? thnks for the info.
You will get to be MSCE 2003 when you pass. While that never expires, as time goes on, less and less people will use Windows 2003 which will limit your marketability. With any type of brand (be that Cisco or Microsoft) certification, you are probably looking at an upgrade recertification every 4-5 years.
