Guys that know me in person on here, know I'm not some big fat guy, but I was overweight for my height and build (and weighed more then most people think, I hide it well I guess).
So last October I looked at myself, said what the ****, I don't want to look like this anymore, I want my flat stomach back. So I weighed myself, I was at 226, ouch, that was a wake up call (I'm 5'10" with a small/medium build).
So I set my goal weight and the date I wanted to hit that goal, which happened to be my birthday, July 16, 2008. I also decided to reward myself if I hit my goal, so my reward was to get my next set of tattoos. My goal weight for reference is 155. This is my weight I graduated school with, and I loved my flat stomach, toned body, etc. This weight is also middle of the mark for ideal weight calculations for age/height/sex.
As of today, I've lost 40 lbs, I'm now 186, my flat stomach is almost back, and I only have 31 pounds left to go.

^ Damn, 155? That's small for your height. I'm 5'6" and in high school, when I played football, track, etc. I weighed 155. I have muscular build, but at 5'10" I would think you want to be around 170. That number just seems low. Make you a little skinny ass.
But good for you. I weigh in at 165 now, and I miss my 155 self. Actually had to take a "leisure" class (weightlifting) to make myself start lifting again.

I have a very toned build, not a muscular one, so yeah, 155 is good. I'm not even trying to bulk up in muscles, I'm not going for that look, so to speak.
Wow before the skin surgery it looks as if he was is just wearing a skin suit. So unreal and creepy at the same time.

that story is old, real old, and just curious about giving people like this so much props, yes it is amazing what they did to get themselves back into shape, but shouldn't they also be told how f'n lazy they were to get that way in the first place?

Read his first-hand story about why he let himself get to that place.
