Would you rock the Aero Cap? (56k warning)

I don't know if many of you have pickups or not. If you did, would you rock this Aero cap? It is supposed to decrease drag and there fore increases gas mileage. I think that is looks better than those camper shells. I would deff rock it.

From Inventor/Designer: Oh by the way my truck went from a baseline of 18 mpg average on the freeway to 22 mpg. Combined went from 16 mpg to 17.7 mpg.

I probably will never own a pickup. But if i did, i would consider it depending on how much driving I had to do and what the pickup was used for.

I think it makes it look even more like a camper than a conventional cap. Note that by conventional cap I do not mean the old fashioned fake woodgrain caps.

I do own a pickup and there is no way in hell I would put that thing on my truck. I'm all for improving fuel economy, but a) it looks like hell, b) its shape looks like it totally compromises alot of the usable functionality of a pickup bed, c) you can't see out the back window anymore and d) there is no way you'll ever recoup the cost of that cap with the improvement in economy in less than 10 years.

no. i hate caps. though if i had a 1/2 ton i'd want one of those pop up sleepers you put in the bed that close down to look like a hard tauno cover.
