Nothing overt/covert with me, just an observer of non-emotional statistics. If the ultra-sensitive activist black opinions are not scaled back from the current De facto of the main stream media, blacks may very well suffer racial discourse from not only whites, but Asians and Hispanics alike.

The act is wearing thin........

IMO the only time your fire that many bullets is if there is a guy in the middle of the street with an ak-47 , using it !!! to empty out a gun of 17 rounds then put in a new clip and keep going is criminal , its homicide !!! if they all started shooting at about the same time 2 cops stopped after 3 and 4 rounds , then the third cop stopped after 11 , 4th cop kept going firing 31 rounds . that means 3 cops watched as there partner re-loaded and emptied his gun again !!! along with the fact that stray bullets where found 1 block away which makes this ok-corral incident extremely reckless !!!
the cops could have moved out of the way , or just not stood in front of the car , the driver in the car didn't run over any cops , i believe only one cop hurt his knee . and even if the driver is trying to hit the cops then the fact that there are still 3 passengers in the car that aren't driving , so you can't just open fire to stop one guy and run the risk of hitting others .
ok expert....
the cops were acting within nypd's policy when they opened fire upon the vehicle, they articulated that part as far as to how&why...just a bad situation either way you look at it though because of the deadly outcome.
they are indemnified by the city in criminal&civil matters, but they will have to live with the memories of what happened for the rest of their lives.
those cops are not getting off "free"...........unless they are sociopaths, they will have to live with a dead man on their minds forever. Its not an easy thing to knowingly take a life. Even hardened murderers in prison wake up in cold sweats and are often tormented by their past actions.
what the **** is the difference if you fire three shots or thirty shots? If I'm not mistaken, cops only shoot to kill. If thirty shots were too many, then one shot was too many. I beg to differ between trying to kill a guy with three bullets or thirty bullets, it's not like he'll be more dead with the latter.

"For six weeks, we've sat on hard, wooden benches out in Queens and watched, with curiosity and disgust, as prosecutors put on a lame and listless case against three police detectives charged with killing Sean Bell.
I've been saying this for more than a month. I'll say it again: There is no case.
Nearly every prosecution witness - folks obsessed with large lawsuits, long rap sheets and resumes containing items such as "pole dancer" and "crack dealer" - tripped themselves up.
They told transparent lies and contradicted one another."
Who would have guessed? Why haven't we heard about this before

the cops could have blocked bell's car in and stood behind there vehicles and told bell and friends to get out , that would have been alot safer then standing in the way of bell's car , the cops would have had cover and more distance especially if they thought there was a gun in play . the fact that 2 cops fired 3 and 4 rounds then stopped , i guess that shows they didn't feel life threating danger anymore , 3rd cop fired 11 rounds and stopped i guess he also didn't feel his life threatened any longer , last cop continued to shoot , ran out of bullets , reloaded , and continued to unload his gun , thats too large of a discrepancy .
living with guilt is a very small price to pay , thats why they don't sentence people to look in the mirror .
everyone , ask yourselves a question : if your friends and or family were in that car and died/got shot , would you still think all the cops are completely innocent ? what if one of the cops continued to fire after everyone else stopped ? what if you were in that car ?

Lots of "what ifs" in that post...Why is it that these things are always an issue when the victim is a minority? I mean, even when 2/3 of the cops were the same ethnicity, it's still a big issue because the victim is a minority.
Another thing I always see after these trials is the influx of couch potato legal experts. Of course some people would think differently if they were family members. That's called emotional bias. That's why people are not tried by the family/friends of the victims.

Well to me this has nothing to do with the victims being minorities, it has to do with bad Cops period! So I say to all my fellow couch potato legal experts....STFU!

That's crazy man, I had no idea you were actually there. Tell me what else they should have done!

Thats assuming that they even cared that they shot an innocent person. If they were actually racist, then they would justify their slaughter with skin color.
