Hold on, how old is this Mike guy? From the aim messages, he seems like he can't be older than 18 or so.
I feel you pain and all man, cuz i cringe on thinking someone can willingly start drilling into a car, but seriously, you did trust a $30,000+ 350z to what seems like a unexperienced and young body shop guy. I wouldn't trust that car to anybody but the best.
Sorry to see this happen man. Good luck getting everything worked out.

From the sound of it, he was going to school, dealing with homework, taking exams and partying. Doesnt sound anything like the kind of person that I would trust with my shitty Altima, let alone a Z.
According to another forum, he's 25. Looked about that age to me. As a person, he's a good guy. Helps with advice and all that. But as a businessman, he's horrible.
He said he's going to Devry and plans to have a bigger shop. I guess it's so he can take more people's money...
I trusted him because I've seen his good work on other forums. It wasn't until recently that I've seen most of his bad work. The reason I got the lip kit was because my rear bumper was scuffed up from hit and runs and my passenger side skirt was damaged on the freeway. The joys of having a low car(I'm not complaining about it, I've loved every minute of it)...
We can talk about what I should have done or could have done, but what's done is done. I need to worry about what I am going to do. One of those things is reporting him to the BBB and getting the word out on as many forums as I can.
Just one thing, BBB can't do shit for you...especially if he isn't a BBB client.
Yeah, found this out today. However, the Bureau of Automotive Repair can shut him down. Not definite, but at least they can do something. My cousin is a lawyer that knows an investigator in the bureau. He's going to send him everything and have him investigate.
