I'd lower your price man, you can get the 80GB for $399.99 which also has the 4 USB, larger HD, backwards compatability, etc.

It looks like the 80GB (MGS4 Edition) I bought 4 months ago, was modified in the current release as mine has 4 ports and is backwards compatible.

I have a friend selling the 80 gb for 275$. Its the original 80 gb with backwards comp, not the one coming out this/next month. Trying to talk him down to 200$ just to see if I can get it for a steal =P
