Anyone get their invite yet?

I requested one months ago and finally received it today. Already joined my home and cell to it and I'll join my work # to it on Tuesday when I'm back in the office.

This is pretty damn cool! I regretted not jumping on the Grand Central bandwagon back when you could still sign up. Just sent out my GV # to all my friends to replace my cell!

Does this mean that all your phones ring if someone calls that one number?

What do you do if you wanna avoid someone.. can't really just turn off your cell phone

You have complete control. You can have it ring your home, cel and work #'s if you want, or have the caller go straight to voicemail or block them completely.

I haven't been paying attention to a lot of the new releases from Google, but this one seems pretty cool. It's like SimulRing with Vonage and the old AT&T One system but with technology and features that are typical Google innovation.

I signed up for an invite. I only use a cell phone, but I wouldn't mind just giving away a new google number and being able to block anyone I want lol

Read up on it and submitted my invote request. Not really sure I see a good use for it, but maybe trying it will reveal some hidden purpose.

Click on the link I posted above to sign up for an invite. Current users do not have the option to invite other people yet.

I just registered my work phone. The best part is that I can transfer calls from phone to phone if need be....so if I'm on my work phone and don't want to kill the convo but need to walk away from my desk, I can transfer it to my cell!

Well, I've got the G1 and I can get this app.... now all I need is for Google to finally extend me the invite...
