telling you right now, if you just use the header and the exhaust, its gonna be raspy. make sure you use a resonator as well.
yes, it will make your "engine louder" but not in a good way.
if you want it loud, at least make it sound good.
header - cat - resonator - aftermarket muffler - all 2.25 or 2.50 inch and youll be fine.

to just get a header is a waste of money.....i started out with a header first, and it was RASPY as shit.....ended up going 2.5" mandrel bent straight pipe and you wouldnt believe the difference in sound AND power....


dont be like the average honda guy......and you dont HAVE to get a "fart can", apex-i, greddy, tannabe all make really good mufflers that make power and arent a "fart cannon"....check out their turbo muffler's

actually, the part directly attached to the stock exhaust manifold is the pre-cat. the actual cat is located underneath the shifter.

^^i pulled that off and it was a resonator, AFTER i pulled off the resonator! i found that they changed up stock exhausts throughout the years
