but this thread is for all of those car pix that make you ROTFL, or make you say WTF!?!?

Almost all modded cars make me ROTFL because it's such a waste of money to drop any significant amount of dollars on top of one of the worst depreciating assets you can own. It's like throwing away money on top of money.

That said, I give respect to those who actually can produce a clean modded vehicle and that doesn't mean someone that goes to the local tuner shop to have it customized, I mean someone that actually does the work themself.
