LOL!

My girl doesn't mind hitting the bar with me, loves a good beer, goes to the dragstrip with me, and I thought she had good taste in men until she said "yes" to me so I'll leave that one out. She also makes damned near double what I do so there's that I guess.

Trust me...the repercussions at home would not be worth it.

I don't think there is enough beer available to make it through that dry spell...

Dog Fish Head is an epic beer! 9% alch by volume and nice and dark. Some are really bitter though.

Shock Top and Blue Moon seem to have the same problems when talking about tap vs. bottle.

My current GF will come to the bar with me. She is only 19 so she cant drink but she sure can drive!! lol.

Hefeweizen is by far my favorite kind of beer if I'm just buying a sixer to watch the game or something. Shiner makes a really good one.

I used to live near Lost Coast Brewery and this was my favorite beer there! Too bad it was only seasonal. Second favorite was Raspberry Brown, it wasn't sweet per se, but it had a slight raspberry flavor. Ever try that? Lost Coast also makes a very good Porter.

Living in the Seattle area, there are tons of good microbreweries around. Pyramid and Pike's are good. Pike makes an awesome Kiltlifter that is best consumed at the source, by the pitcher

Another Northwest favorite is Manny's Pale Ale, produced by Georgetown Brewing. It's damn near perfect. It's around 6-7% alcohol IIRC, not too hoppy, goes down smooth, and has a touch of sweetness. It's easy to put them down all night.

I usually stick with Guinness if im drinking beer, I usually go for the drak heavy beers not to fond of the light and crisp ones, but I will try anything atleast once. If I go to a resturaunt or bar that dosnt serve it I try to find a good lager Molson Canadian or XXX and Killians Irish Red, just recently tried a Sam Adams Winter Lager it was actually the first Sam Adams I have ever had and I must say it was really good. I also just recently tried Troegs Mad Elf, dont really now how to explain the flavor very different but the bar was having a special at $3 a pint and they are 11% ABV so you dont need many. I go through fazes and I will sometimes want a beer and nothing else and other times(latley) will just reach for the bottle of Jameson.
