Damn Tuko...Shit looks good. I'm starving too...No one can beat the older folks and traditional style cooking.

From the past few weeks:

We did some maple syrup/dill/olive oil marinated salmon (I hate salmon, but this was pretty good) with cilantro lime rice. Cool when flavors you would not expect to 'marry' (as they say) well turn out pretty damn fantastic together. Pic does not do it justice.

Also some dry-seasoned lamb-rack chops we threw in the oven:

I've been taking zucchini and slicing them lengthwise. Scrape the guts out, mix with bacon, green onion and Parmesan, brush with I've oil and throw on the grill for 20-30 minutes. Mmmmmmm....

Same man...Alty paid off next week so I'll have the payment to stash as well. Life's a bitch - some of us work hard as hell bro. Been lurking and not posting much lately, just no time...

Bought the CR-V and a decent 52" LED, so it's not like we don't live well but with us being in our 40's now dealing with retirement plans and savings is bringing itself front stage. Sucksssss to be grown up sometimes.
