Yes, it is. It's an aftermarket OEM replacement from 1aauto that I didn't realize was broken until it was too late to return it. Everything about it is fine except for the adjustment. It's possible that it could be repaired if taken apart, but I don't have the patience for that. There aren't any loose pieces bouncing around though.
