They 'fit' a 04-07 BMW E60. Altimas never came with BMW headlight eyebrow assemblies. Also, they are part of the internal headlight assembly, so as with any other retrofit, you'll need to open the headlights and custom mount them or send them to someone who is capable of doing it.
