F.S. ibi body kit

I have an ibi body kit for sale, $700 plus shipping for the full kit or $250 each for the front, sides, and rear, and $50 for the grill. I would like to sell it as a whole kit but if I can see all the peices to multiple people I will. I will also trade for a Stillen header. below are pictures for those who don't know what it looks like.

are the sides fiberglass or urethane?

they're black right? I am very interested but it would be in 2 payments. one would be half of it. and then it would be another week before I could send you the other half. is that ok?

No the kit is not painted it has never been put on. the pictures are just an example. I have another person interested so whom ever commits first will get the kit.
