What up fellas, been a while since I've posted anything up. Well we were back at it once again in Oklahoma City at one of our usual spots.. Both races were with a 75shot. The first race I actually got into on the way to the spot. Round 1 was vs a 94 Dodge Stealth TT with bolts ons and running 18lbs. The guy was actually stopped at a light a lil ahead of me but I slowed down so I could catch him rolling off the light because I know better than to try and go at something AWD and with me on street tires at that. Catching him rolling off the light we lined up right about 20mph and I looked over at him and honked it off, 3rd honk we both get into it me spinning in 1st but still right there next to him, got into 2nd hearing his car really spool up and my car beginning to hook real good we pull through 2nd gear side by side, going into 3rd I thought he was gonna pull away but the Alty said no way so we stayed side by side until we both let off which was around 120mph.. When we got to the parking lot the guy got out and said "ok now thats an Altima what the hell is done to it because that thing runs hard"? I just laughed and told him good run. But we popped hoods and told our details and that was that. Round 2 a guy walks up to me and asks if I wanna race his truck. I say ok but what is it and whats done to it, but he was one of those cocky guys that didnt wanna hardly talk to anyone so I go over to a buddy with a hatch that just got beat by it and he says hes spraying. Come to find out its a Dodge Dakota 5.9 R/T with bolt ons, a 100shot and slicks suprise suprise. I go ahead and race him anyway expecting to get beat up on a lil bit. So we get out on the street and start driving and right from the start I told him were going from a 20roll since he wanted to try an hide his mods and especially his slicks. So we u turn and head back towards everyone so they could see.. Rolling right along at 20mph I honk it off once agin I spin through 1st but still right there with the truck, got into 2nd and still side by side all the way through but once I got into 3rd he jumped out a truck length and thats the way it stayed till about 110mph.. I wasnt really mad that I lost because you gotta loose some but when we got back he again was acting cocky but I still told him good run anyways. Next week will be a diffrent story though lol, Sean will come back with his DR's on and a 125shot to see what he has to say then

i like that you also post your loses and that your cool about loosing, not like other guys that take it to the hole.
Get a vid next week of you smashin on that cocky truck guy and make sure you get his facial expression after you smoke him

Thanks man I appreciate it. I will surely try to follow up on that request of yours next weekend. A guy that I've raced with a new 6.0 GTO just text me on my cell said hes seen that truck run at the track and it traps anywhere from 114-117 in the 1/4 mile so that makes me smile a lil bit.

real nice , i hope you get the truck next time , be careful he might up his pills next time , you'll need those DR's especially with a 125 shot . have you ever run with the 125 shot ? how was it ?
Nah man their off individuals. Most of the time its guys that really wanna spray and get scared at the last minute or change their mind and try and sell it real quick and go boost.

Yea me too but if he ups his pills then thats alright. I still think my 125 to his 150 will still be a hell of a race because I was right there on street tires with my 75 to his 100shot but we will see sometime hopefully. I will def need my DR's with that big of a shot. I've ran the 125 a few times just messing around and it just blows the tires off almost anytime it wants to. I went from a 50 roll and it just lit the street tires up bigtime so DR's are def a good idea. I plan on changing my setup by the end of the summer and running a 2 stage. I'll run a 50shot out of the hole, and then bring in another 75 up top and that setup should work pretty well, I know thats the way JIME over on maxima.org has his maxima setup and he's running 12.1's all day long.
