When you get into high HP ratings like that, traction becomes a big issue, and the ability to match the revs to maintain the power. I've driven a few cars in the 400-450hp range, and that extra 50 all comes down to the tires and how much grip they have...IMO
here is the thing though.. all 3 cars are running the same or close to type of tires and they are all tuned by the same guy..
but as i said before.. when HP gets that high.. the shift delay makes a huge difference..
have you ever driven a car with 535 whp or 585 whp?
No. 510awd to be exact.
Before this goes further, your arguement is flawed. 50whp is 50whp. Now what your trying to get at is variables. At that amount of power different things have a greater effect like too slow is explaining. Which I can understand.

Its not logic its actual events.. Further more you have no experience with the situation.. So quite frankly you're going to have to take my word for it and fall back
BTW 510 awhp from a 4 cyl is nothing compared to 585 rwhp on a 3.5 V6
Never said I wouldn't take your word. Just clarifying that 50 whp is 50whp. Its just how it is.
Your right, the powerband is probably different. Either way they are both fast cars.
Since when is an audi 2.7t a 4 cylinder?
you got an audi 2.7t in 500's? i'm impressed.. i thought the transmissions had problems above 400.. to my knowledge the only AWD cars that high were WRX's and Evo's
As far as I kno k04 were the next step up from k03's. Never heard of k06's but I'm not to deep into audis like my father. I know some of his parts were from the rs4 in germany. They come stock with 380hp. The rs4 comes with the ko4's and upgraded intercoolers. There's some bolt on kits that can be bought to achieve power levels of 350+, 450+ and 500+. They just cost an arm and a leg.
the video i'm reffering to was taken down by youtube, but he said he will try to upload it to streetfire tonight..
here is another video with him racing a car with the same hp.. in the first one he is driving his own car.. in the second race he is driving the other guys car
This was just a vid I did to compare the two intakes for my car. Now listen to the beginning when its with the Fujita, and you notice I wasn't too fast with my shifting. Then listen watch the difference with the K&N as I learned to drive better, and shift quicker. This was before the STS too. Im mostly talking about the very last pull when I was power shifting, prior I was trying to keep a more steady tone for comparison
