^so how does it feel to live vicariously through someone else?
i just had to give JK some crap. Both cars really fly and a 13.4 is very impressive. I don't need to live vicariously through anyone. its a good comparison as far as the altima vs accord 6mt go! That was what I was getting at.
^I know. I just noticed that too many people make claims like all 6spd V6 altimas will be faster than 6spd v6 accord and vise versa just because someone else was able to accomplish something. estimate what my car does, not what someone else's car similar to mine did.

Alot of people seem to do it. Its very common. I do play around with JK on that subject but more for fun than anything.
you figured you could get that one past me huh? lol jk
MickAv6 just went back to the track and ran 11 times with his 09 Accord V6 6MT. All he has is CAI and custom j-pipe. He ran 2 13.4's@104.xx MPH and 9 13.5's lol. Try again JKgultimate!
Well Quebec Canada elevation is lower than where I live by a bit. Not my fault that the VQ has so much low end grunt to spin the stock tires. If you read my first post about me drag racing, you will notice I could never put 100% of the power in 1st and 2nd gear. I needed some tires where that is a possibility.
I have taken out three accords already . Two Manuals and one auto. You will be surprised how common Accord V6's are getting with a manual. They are all over where I work out.
I guess I could go back and maybe pull off a low 13 second run lol. That will take a lot of skill though. The car definitely has the power to pull off a low 13 second run, but the wrong wheel drive is holding me back lol.

No kidding. The thing is, when going to the track you're making everything possible, supposebly, to get the best possible run to see what the car is capable of. But really, on the street, how many people are running drag radials, jumping out at the stoplight to put bags of ice on the engine before they're about to go, etc etc. It's pack mentality. A handful of people will go out there and pull off great times and everyone else will then get behind it and use it as the gospel. Anything can happen on the street. From what I've seen, Altima vs Accord are a driver's race pretty much, just as it is against a V6 Camry. MT vs MT, but AT vs CVT, the CVT, in my experience, does worse.

Is he rockin' it in a coupe or a sedan Accord. Not even positive if the Accord 4dr has a 6MT option
he has the 09 Accord V6 Coupe 6MT. Unfortunantly no manual option for the sedan yet. That is why I liked the accord sedan from 06-07 since it had the 6MT option.

.
its all in the driver. the auto I would expect you to beat down. I am suprised you see so many 6MT. I haven't yet seen one 08-09 6MT here in tucson. I have seen altima 6MT though.
