Unhappy Any one had this problem before ?? I am Lost ??

I have a problem with my SR20DET. What happens is sometimes after I shut the car off and go to restart it, the number one cylinder doesn't get spark, and 2, 3, and 4 get spark. I thought easy, it's the coil pack. So I swapped the coil pack from another cylinder, still no spark. So I thought maybe it was the spark plug, swapped it with others, still the same problem. I also put a test light to make sure there is power to the two larger wires and ground to the thinner wire. All had power or ground. This left me rather confused. While the car is running on all cylinders, it run great. It does have a little bit of a rough idle, which I don't believe is related to this. It runs fine under heavy load, light load, cruising speeds, and in traffic. Pulls very strong through the gears and entire rev range. Fuel pressure stays about 40-45 at idle. Fuel ratio is in the Stoich range during idle, sometimes goes just a touch rich and lean (It moves around a lot, the gauge is connected to the narrowband O2 sensor). I don't think any that matters however. I know that the Cam sensor is what is used to send signal to the ECU as to when to fire the coil packs. Would it have any different effect on cyl. 1 rather than the others? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I removed the Igniter from the car, put some electrical conducting silicone on the back of it and put it back on the bracket. I also cleaned up the mounting point on the chassis. The car seems to be running fine now. Does any know if the igniter needs to be chassis grounded or is this all just a coincidence???

After regrounding it, I haven't experienced the spark issue. I will keep my fingers crossed that this was all it was. Thanks for the help.
