Need help troubleshooting PLEASE HELP

I recently swapped a s13 redtop into my 240 and everything went fine until one day my motor started to break up and wasnt holding boost. I thought it was the turbo so i bought a new s15 turbo. It wasnt it so i checked the fuel. I bought a new walbro fuel pumb it wasnt it. I checked fuel pressure i was getting 40lbs at idle and 55lbs on a load i thought that was good so i checked the coil packs all of them were good. Then i checked the crank angle sensor and the rotor blade was bent so i thought that it was lossing signal so i bought a new one it wasnt it. The only thing i can think of is that my computer is bad can someone please help me!!!!!!
