I have the Nissan troubleshooting and factory cd that the technitians use to install and fix cars. I will give it a look and see what I can find. All of the files are .pdf and open up nice enough to print. I am looking into some aftermarkets that have a simial shroud to the OEM's. These seem pretty good a 159.00 for both of them.

So, for those of you that are NOT prewired, has anyone tried installing the factory stalk and checking the 86/87 connections for power? I know some of you said you were going to try it, but I was just wondering if anybody actually did try it.

Busy day today. Installed berk intake, XenTec HID kit for the headlights but when I wanted to install the fog lights I got stumped.
Is this the connector for the fog lights or is it the other one on the middle pic with the red?
I have OEM fog kit with stalk and Xentek HID kit

these are the HID kits

Please help.

Hey, first, where did you locate that connector? And secondly, when I was talking about the wires, it was in the fuse box under the hood just above the battery. But, pls let me know where you found that particular connector, I'm gonna be trying to find OEM fogs(without paying a fortune) and installing them aswell.
Thanks man,
W

AAAAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I hate it hate it when I work hard on something and I realize that its much much simpler than it is.
To whom it may help: the red plug is THE PLUG for foglights.
Goodluck and goodnight.

On that note, what that other plug with the green is used for?

I know of an easier way to check if your Alti is prewired. Just check the signal stalk. If it has the auto and fog light written on it then you should be pre wired. You don't even have to open your hood.
