Ok I went back and read the whole thread and have a little better idea/respect for whats going on, with the parts being somewhat expensive and the job very tedious you and Slow provide an invaluable resource to the Nissan community....nothing but props

Sounds very interesting, does the class cover the truth or what they say is the truth about the lead up to 9/11? just curious

We haven't gotten into 9/11 yet. So far we've covered Al Qaeda's development, what it started out as, and how it changed after 9/11, and the lead up to 9/11. Next week we'll be covering 9/11 from both sides of it.

Wow, I won't steer off topic anymore but I would love to hear how that class goes. Subject has disturbed/fascinated me from the get go.

Rob. Those lights that you had to hand paint are my fav so far.

No problem. What's your e-mail? I'll send you a copy of the course syllabus. What's nice is there's no book. It's all based on articles and reports from pre 9/11 to recently.

Basically he wants quad MH1s with white angel eye LEDs from TRS. He wants the housing smoked out (gloss black) and the shrouds painted colonial red. Thats the plan so far! Im waiting for his internals to come from TRS. In the mean time I will begin Prepping the pieces for prime and paint! He has a black altima so it should look sick! this will be the 1st time Im using LEDs supplied by TRS. Im interested to see how they will look!

Onto the next set! wow, can wait to see how this one turns out! what kind of shrouds will this one be, mini gatlings? i take it ur talking about the side emitting led strips from trs? Very curious to see where u will put the led strips espically with a quad retro! i say this cuz i have the led stips (and ccfls) installed from trs, and havent seen em in too many 4th gens, if any, so im excited to see this one fo sho! Overall i like the leds strips (and ccfl's). the led strips are more of a cool white, meaning it has a slight blue cast to them. CCFl's also are a cool white, but aren't as bright and have a slight almost "light blue" to em. (u can see it if u look at them for a min) Only about half as bright as the audi's leds during the day, but what do u expect for 25 bucks. (they're free if u ask for em if ur purchase is over 300 from trs) i super glued my strips down, and havent seen any problems occur yet. its been about 10 months. good luck inspiration, cant wait to see updates!

The xB rings from TRS are bright. Hook em up to a 9v battery when you get them and you'll see what I mean.
